This new interpretation of our classic dining chair BEHAG combines a solid brass tube frame with carefully chosen combinations of wood species and textiles. Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc that develops a natural patina over time and gains character. Together with the solid wood back and the floral textiles, the brass brings warmth to the look and gives the chair a personal place around the dining table. BEHAG is made with a focus on fine materials and craftsmanship that lasts for generations.

We developed BEHAG FS01-26S out of a wish to explore new materials and joining methods within the framework of our original dining chair. Working with brass, wood and textile, we have taken care with every joint and every meeting of materials, so the chair keeps the simplicity and high level of detail that define BEHAG. This special edition builds on Frilund's values, so the chair can stand up to daily use and stay beautiful for many years.
